Job Title: Sales Engineer – Interior Fit-out

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our interior fit-out company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in interior fit-out solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored fit-out solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector.
- Generate leads, meet potential clients, and present company services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure successful closure.
Technical Support & Consultation:
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to clients based on their project requirements.
- Work closely with the design, estimation, and project management teams to develop project proposals and cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and provide professional advice.
Project Coordination & Follow-up:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and address any client concerns in coordination with the project team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and activity reports.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in interior fit-out materials and techniques.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in sales within the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, processes, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant tools for presentations and technical proposals.
- Ability to create professional presentations using Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design software.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid UAE/GCC driving license (if applicable).
