Job Qualifications:
- Must have valid UAE Driver’s License
- Prior Sales experience in Advertising , Printing, Signages , Exhibitions in similar or equivalent industry will be added advantage
- Confidently perform cold calling, schedule appointments, and sell products or services over the phone.
- Maintain a smart, professional, and presentable appearance at all times.
- Stay driven by a passion to achieve and consistently surpass sales targets.
- Exhibit strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
- Effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Create dynamic and innovative marketing and sales strategies through out-of-the-box thinking.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional interactions.
- Perform efficiently under pressure while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Manage tasks and resources effectively through strong organizational abilities.
- Exhibit keen attention to detail and adaptability to flexible work schedules.
- Use MS Office and Google Workspace for precise documentation and data management.
- Leverage design software skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD as a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise various channels, including LinkedIn, Google, Field visits and cold calls, to drive lead generation and prospecting efforts.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by delivering quality customer service and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients to fully understand and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Consistently follow up with leads through email, phone, and in-person visits to build and maintain client engagement.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to execute projects efficiently within tight deadlines.
