About Role: We are seeking a results-driven and proactive individual to lead our musical instrument sales initiatives across schools and educational institutions. This role combines B2B sales, project management, and lead generation to drive business growth and expand our presence in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and onboard educational institutions (schools, colleges, music academies, etc.)
- Pitch product offerings, negotiate terms, and close sales deals with institutional buyers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (principals, department heads, procurement teams)
- Develop and execute strategies for generating qualified leads across regions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and prospective clients
- Leverage CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and performance metrics
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of school music programs or bulk instrument delivery projects
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, service, finance) to ensure timely execution
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for school projects and initiatives
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and support for educational clients
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and training sessions where required
- Gather feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Music, Education, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or musical instruments domain
- Proven ability to manage projects and multi-stakeholder engagements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and CRM/lead management capabilities
- Passion for music and education is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos
- Experience with school procurement cycles or educational sales is a bonus

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
