Job Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to execute the Buyers Program across ICE events, ensuring accurate data management, lead generation, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand B2B exhibition dynamics and buyers program requirements
- Research and identify relevant industry projects, investments, and key decision-makers
- Secure qualified participants for the Buyers Program through targeted outreach
- Enrich the database with high-quality leads
- Manage and operate the matchmaking platform (online and onsite)
- Regularly update and manage buyers’ data to ensure accuracy
- Oversee onsite execution of the Buyers Program at events
- Prepare weekly CRM performance reports
- Process buyers’ registration data and prepare weekly achievement reports
- Ensure full compliance with INDEX database policies, guidelines, and objectives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in telemarketing, marketing, or data management roles
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and CRM systems
- Experience working in exhibitions, conferences, or similar industries is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of market research, CRM tools, and data analytics
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms for B2B lead generation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creative, analytical thinker with a proactive attitude
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
