Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Giving advice to the customers with regards to food products
- Ensure efficient and responsible handling of cash.
- Maintain standard setting of the window displays
- Monitor stock levels to ensure optimum stock handling within the restaurant/ outlet.
- Ensure restaurant/ outlet procedures are followed to reduce wastage of food and non- food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Monitor regularly through audit and quality checks as per operational requirements.
- Handle all customer queries and comments to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and to the guest’s satisfaction.
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role
- Female. Preferably Russian speaker.
- Experience from the food retail industry will be an added advantage
- Certification in Food and Beverage/ Hospitality would be an advantage
- Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing)
- Can join immediately, preferably on a cancelled or visit visa
- Flexible to work in any location within UAE
