Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Female Sales Executive with a strong background in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to prospective clients
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate property options
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and follow-up
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and client-focused
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
