Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive with proven experience in the fit-out or architectural sector to join our expanding team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role involves regular site visits and client meetings; therefore, a valid UAE driver’s license is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
- Proactively generate leads and pursue new project opportunities across the UAE.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote products and services.
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored interior fit-out or architectural solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, and project management) to prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends, materials, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years of UAE-based outdoor sales experience in the fit-out, interior design, or architectural sector.
- License: Valid UAE driver’s license with a willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong industry knowledge, including materials, pricing, and project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
