We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Executive - Fitout to join our growing Interior Design & Fit-Out company in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, securing new projects, and meeting revenue targets within the residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
- Meet with clients to understand their project requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing/Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the interior design and fit-out industry within the UAE.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Dubai market and its regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English ; Arabic is an advantage.
