Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join a leading organization in the digital recruitment and technology solutions space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales with a focus on selling recruitment, staffing, SaaS, IT services, or software solutions within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell enterprise-level online solutions to corporate clients
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet business objectives
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through new business development and existing account growth
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads via cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media
- Conduct territory mapping, prospecting, and closing deals with proper commercial documentation
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling and regular engagement
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and account management
- Take ownership of client issues and work cross-functionally to deliver service excellence
- Actively contribute to the company’s broader sales goals and strategy
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in recruitment/staffing, SaaS sales, software sales, or solution/service sales
- Proven experience in selling to businesses within the UAE market is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving license is a must
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
