Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team and represent our luggage and travel accessories line in the UAE market. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE Driving License and a passion for field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting retailers, resellers, and potential corporate clients to promote and expand our brand presence across UAE
- Conduct daily field visits to retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients to promote our luggage products
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through market visits, referrals, and networking
- Ensure effective product presentation and branding at client locations
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and availability
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management
- Collect feedback from clients and relay market insights to the management team
- Prepare daily reports on visits, sales, and client interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (experience in luggage or retail products preferred)
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of the UAE Retail and Distribution market is a plus
- Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)
