Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive fluent in Russian and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients and markets, driving room and event sales, and representing the hotel in both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries and client communications in Russian and English
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
- Represent the hotel at travel fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events targeting the Russian market
- Prepare sales reports and meet monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- UAE experience preferred
