Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, closing sales deals, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You should be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver quotations and follow up on proposals
- Maintain CRM records and provide weekly sales reports
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments for effective sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A positive attitude, resilience, and team spirit
- UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
