As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Sales & Hospitality Manager to strengthen our presence in the hospitality sector, forge strategic partnerships, and deliver long-term commercial success.
Role Overview
The Sales & Hospitality Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the hospitality, travel, and lifestyle sectors. This role focuses on developing key partnerships with hotels, resorts, event organizers, and travel operators while ensuring exceptional client service and maximizing opportunities for business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
- Identify, target, and secure new hospitality and corporate accounts across hotels, travel, events, and aviation.
- Design tailored luxury mobility solutions to meet client needs and industry trends.
- Achieve revenue and market share growth through proactive sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
Client & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel executives, concierge teams, and travel partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitality clients, ensuring superior service delivery.
- Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value.
- Manage vendor and service partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor performance.
Contracts & Compliance
- Draft and oversee commercial agreements ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Ensure alignment with UAE laws, RTA regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to safeguard business interests.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor junior sales executives to build a high-performing commercial team.
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service for hospitality clients.
- Support expansion initiatives, including new products, service lines, and market entries.
Reporting & Insights
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and client dashboards.
- Analyze market insights and client feedback to refine sales strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of proven B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably within luxury transportation, hospitality, or travel industries.
- Strong understanding of UAE hospitality sector, commercial practices, and client management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Fluency in English; Arabic, or other major languages is an advantage.
