Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing Customer sales order / Invoice and process record for the incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Assisting indoor customers.
Recording accounts receivable's data, invoices and bank deposits.
Reconcile the accounts receivable Statement to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies on issued invoices and resolve client's billing issues.
Followup pending payment reminders to the customers
Generate outstanding statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
