Key Responsibilities:
Own and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
Build and manage a pipeline of HR leaders, CHROs, and decision-makers.
Lead client meetings, demos, and negotiations to close enterprise-level deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for demand generation and client feedback.
Analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and report to senior leadership.
Mentor junior sales team members as the function scales.
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B sales experience (HR Tech, SaaS, or related industry).
Proven success in selling to mid- to large-sized enterprises.
Strong understanding of HR workflows, talent management, or recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.

Pay: AED1,000,000.00 - AED1,500,000.00 per year
