We are a fast-growing real estate and development company dedicated to providing outstanding sales, leasing, and property solutions throughout Dubai. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales and Leasing Executive to handle residential and commercial transactions while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle property sales and leasing inquiries
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Prepare necessary documentation
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and Dubai property laws
- Maintain regular contact with landlords, tenants, and buyers to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop property listings and promotional material
- Provide accurate market analysis and pricing advice.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Min 2-3 years’ experience in sales and/or leasing within the UAE real estate market
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws and RERA guidelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficient in CRM systems, property portals, and MS Office
- RERA Certification preferred
- Valid UAE driving license
