Job Title: Sales Manager – Cladding Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead B2B sales in the cladding industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong client network in construction and industrial sectors, proven ability to achieve targets, and solid leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
- Ensure timely payment collection and credit control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- 5–8 years UAE experience in roof cladding, cold stores, steel structures, or sandwich panels.
- Strong client base with excellent industry knowledge.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
