Position Title: Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving business growth, and expanding the client base in the interior fit-out and small building construction sector. This role ensures consistent sales performance and focuses on building long-term client relationships within Dubai and UAE markets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new clients, market segments, and business opportunities in the fit-out and construction industry.
- Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and proposals in coordination with estimation and technical teams.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to refine sales tactics.
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads.

Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and site visits to assess and address client requirements.
- Act as a key contact for project negotiations, client communications, and issue resolution.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through timely service delivery and support.

Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Allocate sales targets, monitor team performance, and conduct regular sales meetings.
- Guide the team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and closing sales deals.

Project Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely project proposals.
- Follow up on project inquiries from initial stage to project awarding and execution.
- Assist in contract finalization, client documentation, and payment collections.

Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
- Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and market feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.

Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing team on campaigns, online promotions, and lead generation strategies.
- Contribute to developing marketing materials, company profiles, and digital presence.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
- Growth in new client acquisition and market share.
- Conversion rate from inquiry to project closure.
- Client retention and satisfaction score.
- Sales team productivity and target achievement.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE interior fit-out and/or construction sector.
- Strong network and industry contacts within Dubai/UAE.
- Solid understanding of fit-out works, joinery, MEP, and construction project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- UAE Driving License required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
