Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and report results to senior management.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, values, and goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
