Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive and results-driven culture.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to forecast sales targets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes, methodologies, and tools to maximize efficiency and productivity across the sales team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular performance reports to leadership and adjusting strategies based on insights.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, allocating resources effectively to drive maximum return on investment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, sales enablement tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, meeting sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
