We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Multi-Channel Sales (Offline, E-Commerce, Marketplaces, Wholesale & Retail)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts across all key channels. This is a strategic role for someone who understands how to drive performance across offline stores, ecommerce platforms, events, marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.), wholesale, and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offline & Retail:
- Oversee retail store operations and in-store promotions.
- Drive footfall, conversion, and customer experience.
- E-Commerce:
- Manage Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
- Coordinate with content, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer journey.
- Marketplaces:
- Handle listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Noon, etc.
- Analyze sales data and manage performance KPIs.
- Wholesale:
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesale buyers and distributors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Events & Exhibitions:
- Plan, set up, and manage sales events and pop-ups.
- Track event ROI and manage team execution on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years experience in a multi-channel sales role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital sales tools, and POS systems.
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments (marketing, logistics, design).
