The Sales Manager - MENA will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the execution of regional go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate has a solid background in B2B sales, preferably within the RegTech, Identity Verification, KYC/AML, or SaaS industries, and a strong understanding of the MENA business environment.As a key regional sales leader, the Sales Manager will manage a team, lead client engagements, and work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and successful customer journey.

Key Responsibilities::
- Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with global and regional objectives.
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across the MENA region.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to closing.
- Deliver customised product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, customer success) to support pre- and post-sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot,Salesforce, D365).
- Attend regional industry events and represent Shufti Professionally in external engagements.
- 7–10 years of successful B2B sales experience, including 1–2 years in a sales leadership or team lead role.
- Experience in SaaS, RegTech, Identity Verification, or KYC/AML solutions is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex sales environments.
- Strong understanding of the MENA region’s business and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or D365.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
