We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to promote our products/services, attract new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales (1–3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
