Your role as a retail merchandiser is to ensure that products appear in the right store, at the right time and in the right quantities. This involves working closely with buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and stock food products on shelves according to company standards.
- Take LPO in store
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and store management.
- Ensure optimal product visibility and presentation to drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and report on out-of-stock items or slow-moving products.
- Execute in-store promotions and merchandising campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to the sales team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or food merchandising.
- Must hold a degree.
- UAE DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on product presentation and quality.
- Experience in HORECA Sales is a MUST
SALARY: 3500 AED + TARGET COMMISSION
