Job Title: Sales Merchandiser – Fruit & Vegetables

At Al Farusia Group, we are a trusted name in food distribution and retail, delivering quality produce and service across the region. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in the Fruit & Vegetables division in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange and display fresh fruit and vegetable products in stores to attract customers and boost sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and remove spoiled or expired items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of display and storage areas.
- Ensure daily availability of products and support achievement of sales targets.
- Communicate with store staff and logistics team to coordinate stock replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service when needed.
- Report customer feedback and sales trends to the supervisor or sales team.
Requirements:
- Experience in merchandising or sales, ideally in fresh produce or grocery retail.
- Basic knowledge of handling perishable goods.
- Physically fit and able to work long shifts (10-12 hours).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required.
