We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell credit card products to individual customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining credit card features and benefits, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and networking.
- Explain credit card products, features, eligibility, and benefits to potential customers.
- Assist applicants with completing the application process and collecting required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing and approval of applications.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase product visibility.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, with a go-getter attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of credit card products and financial regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
