Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Officer to oversee daily operations in our growing auto spare parts business. This individual will manage communications between suppliers and customers, coordinate orders, and supervise team members. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of auto spare parts, especially Japanese and German vehicles, and the ability to run operations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Operations Management
- Handle inquiries from customers across WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Source required parts from suppliers, negotiate pricing, and prepare quotations
- Track customer orders from quotation to delivery and follow up as needed
- Maintain accurate records of orders, supplier quotes, and customer communication
Supplier & Customer Coordination
- Act as the main contact point for all customer and supplier communications
- Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers for part availability, pricing, and delivery
- Coordinate part pickup and delivery with the driver and assistant
Team Supervision
- Team coordination
- Ensure smooth delivery and logistics processes
- Monitor team performance and report issues to the business owner
- Quality control of quotes and outgoing orders.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly sales and order reports
- Track inquiries, conversion rates, and repeat customer performance
- Help improve workflows and suggest process optimizations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in auto spare parts sales, coordination, or procurement, preferably within the UAE or GCC
- Solid knowledge of Japanese and German vehicle parts.
- Familiarity with engine components, suspension, body parts, and electronic systems
- Strong computer skills e.g. Excel, EPC, CRM.
- Strong English and Hindi communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is plus.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and closing inquiries efficiently
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience supervising junior staff is a plus
- UAE driving license is required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
