Content Lab is a Dubai-based creative agency specializing in social media management and content creation. We help businesses build awareness, trust, and engagement through scroll-stopping visuals, engaging storytelling, and strategic posting. We’re now looking for a motivated Sales & Partnerships Intern to support our growth.
Role Overview
You’ll help build and convert a pipeline of SMEs (restaurants, cafés, salons, gyms, sports clubs). The ideal intern is proactive, organized, and confident reaching out to business owners—ready to learn the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to proposal.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build lead lists across Dubai; keep CRM/Sheets tidy
- Run outreach on email, WhatsApp, phone, and LinkedIn; manage follow-ups
- Qualify leads, book discovery calls, and prepare call agendas
- Track weekly KPIs (reach-outs, replies, meetings, wins) and share updates
- Assist with market research, pricing snapshots, and competitor scans
Requirements
- Clear, friendly communicator; comfortable calling SME owners
- Self-starter who can manage time and hit weekly activity targets
Nice to Have
- Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience
