Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the brand, promoting a positive and professional image both in-store and at beauty or industry events.
- Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and provide personalized makeup and skincare recommendations.
- Respond to customer inquiries with confidence, using in-depth product knowledge to build interest, educate, and drive sales.
- Ensure makeup counters and product displays are clean, well-organized, and fully stocked at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, product trainings, and workshops to stay updated on the latest launches and techniques.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in sales, preferably retail.
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi.
- Females preferred.
