- Serve as the face of the company, promoting a positive brand image in-store and during industry events.
- Actively interact with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Respond effectively to customer inquiries, using in-depth product knowledge to generate interest and drive sales.
- Ensure counters and displays are set up, organized, and maintained at the start and end of the workday.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
