Receptionist & sales

w*e are hiring an experienced and dynamic Receptionist & Sales* — someone who does more than just sit at the front desk. This is a key role combining client service, admin, sales, and social media.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage class bookings, cancellations & client communications (phone, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs)
- Promote and sell clinic packages.
- Operate POS system, handle payments, invoices, petty cash & daily reports
- Respond and create content using Instagram, Canva, ChatGPT
- Follow up with clients to support retention and engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in admin, customer service, or front-desk roles
- good appearance
- have emirates valid iqama .
- have two years experience in medical field.
- Confident using Instagram, Canva, and basic digital tools
- Organized, reliable, and proactive with a sales-oriented mindset
- Friendly, professional, and detail-focused.
