We specialise in full turnkey outdoor living solutions, from high-end villa renovations to custom-designed pools and lush landscapes. With an in-house team of designers, builders, and craftsmen, we deliver luxury at every level.
We're now looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team and help expand our presence in Dubai’s premium residential and commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and develop new sales leads through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building
- Manage the entire sales process — from initial enquiry and site meetings to quotation and deal closure
- Promote our full range of services including villa renovations, bespoke landscaping, and swimming pool construction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with homeowners, developers, architects, and interior designers
- Collaborate closely with our in-house design and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction
- Represent Verdant Group at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of B2C or B2B sales experience in luxury renovation, landscaping, pool construction, real estate, or design/build services
- Proven ability to self-generate leads and build a consistent sales pipeline
- A confident, polished, and client-focused approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the UAE’s luxury property and construction markets
- UK or European background preferred (not essential)
- Valid UAE driver’s license required
