Job Title: Sales Representative - Steel and Cladding Manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the steel and cladding manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in sales within the UAE market, along with a solid understanding of the contracting business. This individual will be responsible for identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, and building long-term relationships.
Sales and Quotation Preparation:
- Analyze inquiries and prepare accurate quotations tailored to client specifications.
- Effectively present and pitch products and solutions to clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sale support.
Goal Achievement:
- Set and achieve personal sales targets while remaining focused and self-motivated.
- Handle objections and rejections with resilience and a positive attitude.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with production and technical teams to ensure effective deal closure.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Adaptability and Learning:
- Adapt to changing sales environments and continuously improve sales techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and digital sales tools (CRM systems).
Negotiation and Conflict Resolution:
- Negotiate pricing and terms effectively to close sales while preserving value.
- Resolve conflicts and objections with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills:
- Build rapport with clients, prospects, and colleagues through strong interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales within the UAE market.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related.
- Must have UAE Driving License
- Strong knowledge of the contracting business in the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
