Job Summary:
PSI is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Support professional fluent in Arabic and English to join our Abu Dhabi team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the sales department by handling client communications, managing sales documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients to support sales inquiries and follow-ups
- Assist the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotations, and managing contracts
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other internal departments to ensure timely delivery and invoicing
- Maintain and update customer information and sales records in the CRM system
- Prepare sales reports and presentations as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
