Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join our team for downpayments operations.
What you will be doing:
- Monitor and track all incoming downpayments from clients
- Verify payment details
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance teams to reconcile payment records
- Follow up on pending or delayed payments in collaboration with Sales team
- Prepare regular reports on downpayment collections, outstanding amounts, and payment schedules
- Assist in resolving client inquiries related to payment confirmations
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of payments and client records
- Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and company policies
What we are expecting from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
- Previous 2-3 years experience in payment processing, finance support, or sales operations, preferably in real estate or development companies;
- Strong numerical and analytical skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Fluent in English;
- Must be available in UAE.
