Key Responsibilities:Sales Training & Coaching
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing real estate sales agents.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for newly hired agents covering property listing, client interaction, CRM usage, legal compliance, and closing techniques.
- Organize continuous training on real estate sales techniques, negotiation, objection handling, and client management.
Content Development
- Create training manuals, scripts, online modules, and toolkits tailored to the real estate industry.
- Work with the marketing and legal teams to ensure training content reflects current market trends, legal standards, and company branding.
Performance Monitoring
- Analyze agent performance to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Provide individual and group coaching based on performance data and field observations.
- Track training effectiveness and report improvements in agent KPIs (e.g., lead conversion rate, listings closed, client satisfaction).
Compliance & Ethics
- Educate agents on local, state, and national real estate laws and regulations.
- Reinforce company policies, ethical practices, and professionalism in all client interactions.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and HR to align training initiatives with company goals.
- Support agents during key phases of the sales process, including listing presentations and client negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Real estate license required or deep understanding of real estate sales practices.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales and/or real estate training.
- Experience delivering live and virtual training sessions.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, listing platforms (e.g., MLS), and real estate technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in training, coaching, or adult learning is a plus.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 9 per week
