Role & Responsibilities:
- Support and assist the L&D manager on organizing the training programs for new joiners
- Create comprehensive training materials such as process documents and video tutorials for reference and self-learning for the end-users, sales teams.
- Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis and keep record of attendance and training hours absorbed.
- Identify areas for process improvement and scope for digitalization.
- Identify potential training needs and roll out training calendar weekly/monthly basis.
- Develop and Implement Training Programs for sales, channel, tele-sales and sales support departments.
- Conduct training audit to assess the learnings and provide refresher trainings if required.
- Ability to plan, manage and lead full training cycle.
- Co-ordinate and follow up with IT/Salesforce team and implement business requirements.
- Roll-out new training programs as in when new process or systems being launched.
- Act as a process custodian and ensure 100% process adherence as per company policies.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Sales force CRM or related; with Real estate experience preferred.
- Total experience in training to be between 2-4 years.
- Good Communications & Interpersonal skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Excellent Time – Management Skills
- Inter-department co-ordination / Cross-functional co-ordination
- IT background also preferred.
- High school or above
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
