- Identify and approach potential clients for villa and apartment painting works.
- Generate leads through networking, calls, and site visits.
- Meet clients to explain painting solutions, materials, and work process.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the company.
- Negotiate and finalize painting projects with clients.
- Maintain good relationship with customers to get repeat and referral business.
- Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
