Job Title: Salesperson (Full-Time)

Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Salesperson to actively seek out and engage prospective customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Develop strong product knowledge to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate products or solutions
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Track sales and report on performance using CRM tools or sales tracking systems
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows, or events as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a salesperson, sales representative, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus
- 2-3 years experience in Sales or similar role (with background in Generators is another plus)
