Key Responsibilities:
- Collect raw material, clinker, and cement samples from designated production areas as per standard procedures.
- Prepare samples (crushing, grinding, splitting) for laboratory analysis.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and timely delivery of samples to the QC laboratory.
- Maintain cleanliness of sampling equipment and tools.
- Follow safety standards and wear required PPE while collecting and handling samples.
- Assist laboratory staff in routine QC activities when required.
- Report any abnormalities in material or sampling processes to supervisors.
Requirements:
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of work experience in an industrial or cement manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of safe work practices in a factory setting.
- Physically fit to handle sample collection tasks.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per company schedule.
