Known for creating impactful visual experiences, we are looking for Sanding Helper to expand our production team and urgently need a Sanding Assistant to support the finishing stages of our exciting projects.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in surface preparation and finishing within a dynamic, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sanding and smoothing surfaces using both hand and power tools
- Remove paint, rough patches, and surface imperfections to prepare for finishing
- Support surface preparation for painting, staining, and coating applications
- Collaborate with painters, carpenters, and other production staff to meet project deadlines
- Perform minor surface touch-ups and ensure a high-quality finish
- Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with safety and hygiene standards
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of sanding tools and surface preparation techniques
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on production role
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor and repetitive tasks
