Job Description:
- Position: Whole School Principal K-12.
- Needed Experience: Experience in the UAE in the American Curriculum
- Should hold Master Degree in Education
- US license for Principal K-12
- The school principal is committed to advancing the school’s mission and achieving its goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and management skills to support both the academic and personal growth of students. The principal will also provide high-quality instructional leadership to the entire school staff. As a member of the Senior Management Committee, the principal reports directly to the CEO of the School System and is responsible for professional and ethical leadership, instructional leadership, students’ achievement data, staff recruitment, professional growth and evaluation of staff, budgeting, and student discipline.
