Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead daily
stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the
team adheres to agile principles and practices.
· Mentor and Coach: Provide guidance and
support to team members on agile best practices, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement and collaboration.
· Remove Impediments: Identify and address
any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and
efficient workflow.
· Performance Metrics: Maintain and update
performance metrics to provide clear feedback to the team and transparency to
stakeholders.
· Stakeholder Communication: Act as a
liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear
communication and alignment on project goals and priorities.
· Tool Adoption: Support the adoption and
consistent use of agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to enhance team
productivity and collaboration.
· Release Management: Coordinate release
planning and manage dependencies across teams to ensure timely delivery of
high-quality products.
· Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous
improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing
effective solutions.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in a
related field or equivalent experience.
· Certification: Certified Scrum Master
(CSM) or equivalent certification.
· Experience: 7-10 years’ experience, with
at least 2 years in the banking/wealth services.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in agile
tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication,
facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and positively
influence team members and stakeholders.
· Mindset: Demonstrated continuous
improvement approach and a proven change agent capable of coaching teams
through new and unfamiliar situations.
