This is a full-time on-site role for a Secondary Real Estate Agent at KAYE & CO. located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for brokerage services, customer service, sales, and managing real property. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, providing market analysis, and building relationships with clients and investors. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals in the secondary sales segment.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY ROLE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source and list resale properties across prominent communities in Dubai
- Perform detailed market analyses to provide clients with accurate pricing insights and current market trends
- Develop and nurture a strong network of property owners, potential buyers and co-agents to expand business opportunities
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing suitable options to prospective buyers
- Lead negotiations and successfully close resale transactions in line with client expectations
- Ensure all property listings are accurately maintained and regularly updated on CRM systems and major property portals
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, guiding clients from initial inquiry through to property transfer
- Remain current on RERA regulations, market developments and legal compliance requirements
- Consistently deliver exceptional client service while fostering long-term relationships for future business and referrals
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate brokerage and sales
- Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Relevant certifications and licenses
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
