Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Secretary to the CEO to support executive operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of daily activities, follow-ups, and reminders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks and administrative support.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Remind the CEO of scheduled tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
