Position: Secretary

We are currently seeking a Secretary to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, a basic understanding of technical components, excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, strong teamwork and follow-up skills, and the ability to provide outstanding support across departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, remain detail-oriented, and handle confidential matters professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical, telephone, and administrative duties while representing the executive office
- Act as a liaison between management and various departments
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects and support departmental needs
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Provide excellent team support and follow up effectively with internal departments
- Coordinate with the sales team; prepare and process sales quotations
- Handle customer inquiries related to sales and provide timely updates
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and client information
- Support the Sales Department in meeting targets and ensuring smooth workflow
