Secretary to the General Manager
Location: Sharjah Branch
Al Taqah Kitchens is seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to the General Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the General Manager's office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Schedule: Six days a week.
Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all important documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications to the General Manager's office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
