We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Arabic (required) secretary to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle communication, scheduling, and documentation while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business communications.
Handle office supply inventory and procurement.
Assist in handling invoices, expense reports, and administrative tasks.
Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
Ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferred).
Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role ([specify required years], e.g., 2+ years preferred).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
