We are hiring a Secretary to join our team!
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Strong communication skills
Prior experience in HR and administrative tasks
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable and professional appearance
Age between 25 to 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Support HR department with documentation and coordination
Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Coordinate office operations efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
