Mamati Salon is looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Salon Secretary to handle administrative tasks, manage appointments, and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out process.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and client inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Maintain client records and service history.
- Assist with daily salon operations and coordination.
- Support the salon team with administrative tasks.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or reception (salon/spa experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic scheduling software.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
